Fashion and accessories

Fashion and accessories on marketplaces, with every size and colour listed right.

Fashion sells on detail: sizes, fit, fabric and photos. We set up and run your listings across the right marketplaces, keep them within labelling and jewellery rules and handle the returns that come with selling clothes online.

Book a 20-minute demoWhat we do
The problem

Fashion catalogues multiply fast, and small listing mistakes turn into returns.

We build clean, complete listings with the right variations and details, protect your designs and keep returns moving, so your range works across every marketplace. We can also get your accessories into the right independent gift shops and design stores through retail and wholesale.

Variations get messy

Every style comes in several sizes and colours. Set up badly, shoppers can't find the size they want and listings split their reviews.

Returns eat the margin

Unclear sizing and fabric details lead to wrong orders, returns and poor reviews.

Copies and approvals

Popular designs attract copycats, and marketplaces restrict clothing, jewellery and watches until you're approved.

Where to sell

The channels that suit you. And why.

Amazon

Huge reach for clothing and accessories, though Clothing and accessories, Jewellery, Watches and Shoes, handbags and sunglasses all need approval first.

Marketplace guide →

eBay

Strong for fashion, footwear and accessories, with flexible listing formats for large ranges and end-of-season stock.

Marketplace guide →

TikTok Shop

Try-ons, styling videos and creators show clothes and accessories in action, which is how many fashion products get found there.

Marketplace guide →

Debenhams

A fashion-led department store marketplace that takes applications, covering fashion, beauty, sport and homeware.

Marketplace guide →

Etsy

A good fit for jewellery and accessories you design yourself, as Etsy's Creativity Standards allow items designed by the seller.

Watch out for

What makes this category different.

Fibre content, online too

Under UK textile labelling rules, clothing and other textile products must show their fibre composition on a label in English. If shoppers can order from the description alone, as on a marketplace, the fibre content must appear in the listing as well.

Jewellery rules: nickel and hallmarks

Jewellery in direct, prolonged contact with skin must release no more than 0.5 micrograms of nickel per square centimetre per week, or less than 0.2 for piercing posts. Items described as gold, silver, platinum or palladium must be hallmarked unless they weigh under 1g, 7.78g, 0.5g or 1g respectively.

Returns are part of the model

Online shoppers can usually cancel within 14 days of receiving their order, then have a further 14 days to send items back. Clear size guides, fit notes and accurate photos are the best way to keep avoidable returns down.

Approvals and brand protection

Amazon lists clothing, jewellery, watches and shoes among the categories that need approval before you list, at the time of writing. To use Amazon Brand Registry against copycats, you need a pending or registered trademark for your brand name or logo.

How we help

What we do for you.

Size and colour variations done right

We group sizes and colours under one listing where the marketplace allows, with size guides, fit notes and fibre content on every product.

Listing optimisation →

Feeds for fashion marketplaces

We build feeds with the attributes fashion marketplaces ask for, such as size, colour, material and care, and keep them up to date as ranges change.

Product feeds →

Protection for your designs

We help you use Brand Registry and other marketplace tools to spot and report copies and unauthorised sellers.

Brand protection →

Returns and customer messages

We handle routine sizing questions, returns and refunds promptly, so they don't pile up or affect your account health.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Do we need to show fibre content in our listings?
Yes. When customers can order from the description alone, the fibre content has to appear in the listing, not just on the garment label. We include it in every clothing listing alongside care details.
Can we describe jewellery as silver or gold without a hallmark?
Only if it's under the exemption weight: 7.78g for silver, 1g for gold, 0.5g for platinum and 1g for palladium. Above that, items described as precious metal must be hallmarked, and online sellers must prominently display information explaining hallmarks.
How long do customers have to return clothes bought online?
Under UK rules, online shoppers can usually cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods and then have 14 more days to send them back. Each marketplace has its own returns policy on top, which we set up and manage for you.
Do we need a trademark to protect our designs on Amazon?
To join Amazon Brand Registry you need a pending or registered trademark for your brand name or logo. It gives you better tools to report copies and control your listings. If you don't have one yet, it's worth starting the application early.
What does it cost for a fashion business?
Sizes and colours multiply product counts quickly, so a 50-style range can easily pass 300 SKUs. Costs depend on the channels you want to sell on, how many products you have and how much help you need. We give you a clear quote after a free 20-minute demo, which also shows where to start.
