Performance reporting

One report that tells you what's working.

You get one clear report covering every channel: what sold, what it cost, what changed and what we'll do next. Between reports, your dashboard shows stock, orders, prices, fees and profit per channel.

The problem

Every marketplace reports in its own way, which makes the whole picture hard to see.

We bring every channel into one report, explain what changed and recommend what to do next.

Sales without the costs

Marketplace dashboards show revenue, but fees, ad spend, refunds and delivery costs sit in different places. It's easy to grow sales and shrink profit.

Numbers that need translating

Featured Offer percentage on Amazon, transaction defect rate on eBay, Shop Performance Score on TikTok Shop. Useful numbers, if you know what they mean and what moved them.

Reports without actions

A spreadsheet of figures doesn't tell you what to do on Monday morning.

What we do

What's included. Done by the people you talk to.

Sales and profit

Revenue, units and orders by marketplace and product, with fees, ad spend and refunds alongside, so you can see what each channel really earns.

Listing performance

Traffic and conversion for your key products. On Amazon that includes your Featured Offer percentage from Business Reports: the share of page views where your offer was the one featured.

Account health summary

Each account's standing in one place: Amazon's Account Health Rating, your eBay seller level and TikTok Shop's Shop Performance Score.

Advertising results

If we run your advertising: ad spend, ACOS (ad spend as a share of ad sales) and TACoS (ad spend as a share of all sales) by channel and campaign, with what we changed and why.

Stock and returns

Best sellers at risk of running out, slow movers and the most common reasons for returns.

Next steps

What we'll do next month and the decisions we need from you. This can include a monthly growth strategy and, if you need it, weekly sales reporting.

What you get
  • One view of every channel, in plain English.
  • Profit by channel, not just revenue.
  • Early warning on stock, account health and costs.
  • A short list of next steps and decisions every month.
How it works

From first call to running.

1

Agree what matters

We agree the numbers you care about most, whether that's profit, growth or specific products and channels.

2

Gather the data

We pull data from each marketplace's own reports and, if we run your advertising, your ad accounts. For profit figures, we ask for your product costs at the start.

3

Write it up

We turn it into one report with plain-English commentary, not just tables.

4

Talk it through

We go through the report with you on a call and agree what happens next.

FAQ

Performance reporting questions.

What's in the monthly report?
Sales, costs and profit by marketplace, your best and worst performing products, account health, stock alerts and what we're doing next. It can also include a monthly growth strategy.
Can we see the raw data?
Yes. The data comes from your own marketplace accounts, which stay in your company's name, so you can always check the source. Your dashboard also shows stock, orders, prices, fees and profit per channel.
Can we get reports more often than monthly?
Yes. Alongside the monthly performance report and growth strategy, we can send weekly sales reporting, so you can react within the month, plus advertising results if we run your ads.
What is Featured Offer percentage?
It's the share of your product page views where your offer was the one shown with the Add to Basket button, often called the Buy Box. Amazon shows it in Business Reports in Seller Central. A falling figure often points to price, delivery or stock problems.
When do we get our first report?
Your first full report comes after setup and a full month of day-to-day running, with a call to talk it through. See our services.
