Already selling on marketplaces

Already on marketplaces? Let's get them working properly again.

Your listings are live and orders come in, but sales have levelled off and nobody has time to find out why. We find what's holding your accounts back and keep them managed, so you get regular, expert attention without a full-time hire.

The problem

Marketplaces don't stand still. Listings that worked at launch slowly stop working.

We take on the regular work, fix what's holding sales back and report back each month in plain English.

Stale listings

Titles, images and keywords written at launch fall behind new marketplace rules and newer competitors.

Slipping account health

A few late dispatches or slow replies add up. Marketplaces act on those numbers, sometimes before you've noticed them.

No time to fix it

Marketplace admin falls to whoever has a spare hour, so problems get patched rather than solved.

Where to sell

The channels that suit you. And why.

Amazon

Usually where the quickest gains are for an existing seller: listing quality, pricing and delivery all affect who wins the Featured Offer.

Marketplace guide →

eBay

Often under-managed by busy businesses. Tidier listings, complete item specifics (the product details buyers filter by) and promotions can help.

Marketplace guide →

TikTok Shop

A content-led channel to add once your core marketplaces are in order. Its standard UK commission is 9% at the time of writing.

Marketplace guide →

Argos

A selective retailer marketplace that opened in 2026. Argos curates sellers and products with a focus on quality, product safety and customer confidence.

Marketplace guide →

B&Q

For home, garden and DIY ranges. B&Q verifies every seller against regulatory, legal and quality requirements before they can list.

Watch out for

What makes this category different.

Listings fall behind the rules

Marketplaces update their standards. Since January 2025, most Amazon product titles must be 200 characters or fewer, avoid certain special characters and use the same word no more than twice. Amazon gives brand owners 14 days to fix titles that don't comply before making its own changes.

Account health is measured constantly

Amazon expects an order defect rate below 1%, a late shipment rate below 4% on orders you dispatch yourself and a valid tracking rate above 95%. An Account Health Rating below 200 signals a high risk of deactivation.

More competition for the Featured Offer

When several sellers offer the same product, Amazon features the most attractive offer, weighing item and delivery price, delivery speed and order experience. Since 20 July 2026, offers from all sellers are eligible to be considered, so it pays to review your offers regularly.

Fees creep up unnoticed

Marketplace fees change and vary by category. Amazon's referral fees, for example, differ by category and in some cases by price band, and TikTok Shop's standard UK commission is 9% at the time of writing. Without regular checks, margin quietly leaks.

How we help

What we do for you.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

We already have accounts. Do you take them over?
No. Your accounts stay in your company name. We work in them with the access you give us, nothing goes live without your approval, and you can remove our access at any time.
Why have our sales gone flat?
Usually it's a mix: listings that haven't kept up with marketplace rules, competitors with better images or prices, slower delivery promises or a dip in account health. In a free 20-minute demo we look at your products and the channels you sell on today, and show where you could sell next and what it would cost.
Should we add more marketplaces or fix the ones we have?
In most cases, fix first. A new channel copies whatever product data and processes you already have, good or bad. Once listings and account health are solid, adding a marketplace such as Argos, B&Q or OnBuy is far simpler. Selective marketplaces such as Argos and B&Q vet sellers before accepting them.
Will we lose control of pricing and promotions?
No. We recommend changes and explain why. Nothing goes live without your approval, and you decide how much we handle day to day. You can cancel at any time, as there's no minimum term.
What does it cost for a business that's already selling?
If you sell on two or more marketplaces, the work usually covers listing optimisation, pricing and Buy Box reviews, promotions and stock syncing, with weekly optimisation and advertising management for larger catalogues. Costs depend on the channels you want to sell on, how many products you have and how much help you need. We give you a clear quote after a free 20-minute demo.
