Marketplace launches

New marketplaces, opened properly the first time.

We help you choose the right marketplaces, open accounts in your company's name, get through approval and launch with listings, pricing and stock ready to go.

The problem

Opening a marketplace account is easy. Opening it properly, with the right setup and the right products, is where launches often stall.

We pick the marketplaces that fit your products, prepare the paperwork and product data, and launch with a plan for the first three months.

Verification hold-ups

TikTok Shop UK asks companies for a Companies House certificate, proof of a UK business or warehouse address and ID for the person applying. A blurred scan or a mismatched address can hold you up.

Not every marketplace is open

Retailer marketplaces choose their sellers. B&Q puts every seller through a verification process, and Argos is assessing seller interest and contacting the businesses it wants for its new marketplace.

Launching into silence

A new account has no sales history and no reviews. Without a plan for the first few weeks, new listings can sit there unseen.

What we do

What's included. Done by the people you talk to.

Choosing marketplaces

We compare demand, competition, fees and fit for your category, then tell you which marketplaces to start with, which to add later and which to skip. See all marketplaces.

Accounts and verification

We open accounts in your company's name and guide you through identity and business checks. On Amazon that includes choosing a selling plan: Individual at £0.75 per item sold or Professional at £25 a month, both excluding VAT, at the time of writing (October 2026).

Retailer marketplace applications

B&Q, Argos and other retailer marketplaces review applications. We prepare yours with the business, product and service details they ask for, such as your VAT and company registration numbers.

Catalogue ready before launch

Product data, barcodes, images and listings built to each marketplace's rules before you go live, built from one catalogue using our product feeds process.

Fulfilment and settings

Delivery options, handling times, returns and tax settings configured properly. TikTok Shop UK, for example, requires sellers to ship domestic orders from within the UK and accept returns in the UK.

Selling into Europe

If you want to sell from the UK into the EU, we check the costs before you commit. Since 1 July 2026, for example, a €3 EU import duty applies per item on consumer parcels worth €150 or less sent from outside the EU.

What you get
  • Marketplaces chosen for your products, not because everyone else is on them.
  • Accounts in your company's name, approved and set up correctly.
  • Listings, pricing and stock ready on launch day.
  • A clear plan for the first three months after launch.
How it works

From first call to running.

1

Book a demo

In a free 20-minute demo we look at your products and the channels you sell on today, show where you could launch first and what it would cost, and walk through how a launch works. Book a 20-minute demo.

2

Prepare

We gather documents, product data and barcodes, and help you fill any gaps.

3

Apply and set up

We open or apply for accounts, configure settings and build listings. Nothing goes live without your approval.

4

Launch and review

We go live, watch the first orders closely and review results with you in your monthly report.

FAQ

Marketplace launches questions.

How long does a new marketplace take to launch?
It depends mostly on the marketplace's approval process and how ready your product data is. General marketplaces can move quickly once verification is done, while retailer marketplaces review applications, which can take longer. We give you a realistic timeline after your demo.
Do we need to be VAT registered?
Requirements vary, so we check them for each marketplace you're considering. Argos, for example, asks for a VAT number and a company registration number on its seller application.
Can a sole trader sell on these marketplaces?
On some. TikTok Shop UK, for example, accepts sole traders as well as registered companies. Retailer marketplaces tend to be more selective about who they take on.
Which marketplace should we start with?
There's no single answer. Supplements might suit Amazon and TikTok Shop, garden products B&Q and eBay, and personalised gifts Etsy. In your free 20-minute demo we look at this for your products, including which channels to skip.
Who owns the new accounts?
You do. Accounts are always opened in your company's name, with your details. If you stop working with us, you remove our access and keep everything: listings, reviews and sales history.
