Getting your products onto wilko.com.

Wilko is now owned by CDS Superstores, the company behind The Range, and some products on wilko.com are shipped straight from suppliers' warehouses. We explain the honest route in, then handle the work on The Range Marketplace for you.

Selling on Wilko

Wilko is a well-known name, but there's no obvious front door for sellers.

We set you up properly on The Range Marketplace, ask the right questions about wilko.com, and run your listings and orders to The Range's standards, from the same catalogue as your other channels.

No direct sign-up

We couldn't find a public Wilko seller application, so it isn't obvious where to start or who to talk to.

Your name takes a back seat

Supplier-shipped products on wilko.com carry the Wilko name, with a note that they come from the supplier's warehouse. Shoppers may not realise they're buying from your business.

The Range's rules apply

Getting in means passing The Range's verification and meeting its dispatch, cancellation and returns targets. Those standards are strict.

Is Wilko right for you? An honest answer, including when to wait.

A good fit if

  • Businesses with home, garden, cleaning, DIY, pet or household ranges, the categories wilko.com relaunched with.
  • Sellers already planning to join The Range Marketplace.
  • Businesses comfortable selling under a retailer's name, with a supplier-shipped note shown to customers.
  • Suppliers who can ship direct from their own warehouse and deal with returns promptly.

Think twice if

  • We couldn't confirm from public sources how products are chosen for wilko.com, or whether every Range Marketplace seller appears there. Ask during onboarding before you plan around it.
  • Supplier-shipped items can't be returned to a Wilko store, so returns are collected from the customer instead. Bulky items make collected returns harder to manage.
  • You're signing up to The Range's fees and service targets, including a 98% on-time dispatch standard and a 1% payment fee on top of commission.

FAQ

Wilko questions.

Does Wilko have its own marketplace?
Not as a separate seller programme that we could find. wilko.com was relaunched by The Range's owner in October 2023 on The Range's marketplace model, which lets third-party suppliers sell on the site. Today some wilko.com products are shipped directly by suppliers.
How do we get our products on wilko.com?
The practical route is The Range Marketplace, which is run by the same company, CDS Superstores. Its partner terms cover all websites the company operates, not just therange.co.uk. Ask the onboarding team whether your products will appear on wilko.com as well. See our The Range page for how that marketplace works.
Who owns Wilko now?
Wilko went into administration in August 2023. CDS Superstores, owner of The Range, bought the brand, website and intellectual property for £5 million and relaunched wilko.com on 12 October 2023.
What fees apply?
If you sell through The Range Marketplace, there's no monthly or listing fee. You pay commission by category, a 1% payment gateway fee on each sale, and some established accounts pay a 2% off-site marketing fee.
How do returns work for supplier-shipped Wilko products?
Wilko offers free returns within 14 days on supplier-shipped items, but they can't be returned in store, so a collection is arranged instead. Make sure your packaging and courier set-up can cope with collected returns.
